more fun shares

Good evening all,
Here are my newest layouts for the scraploot. blog , as Heidi Swapp will be opening the store I decided to show case some of her products. I hope you enjoy.

You amaze me, I made this layout the other day when Addison who has just turned two counted backwards from5 to 0. He is like a sponge, he soaks up everything he hears and sees.

Love notes, Addison just adores little Ella from playgroup, here they were giving each other a kiss and a hug.

Pregnancy number 2, this photo was taken about 2 weeks ago when i was 34 weeks, im off to the dr tomorrow for my 37 week check up, hope all is well.

On Saturday we started and finished our Xmas shopping and today i wrapped them all, it feels good to have that task out of the road.

Just finished watching IDOL and am so glad Wes one he has been our favourite from the beginning.

thanks for stopping by have a great week.

layouts at last

Hi there everyone. At last i have some layouts to share with you, as i said in my previous post i have been busy with my Dt projects for scraploot, now they are finished i am completing some personal layouts. I would like to get another 5 done ASAP before this baby comes.

The first one tells where Addison is at the moment. "Addison do it" is all we hear , this can be frustrating as all you mums of toddlers know there are some things he just cant do ( change his nappy for one LOL )

The second layout highlights Addison's obsession with fixing things that get broken, he can sit for ages trying to put things back together.

The last layout i finished a while ago and it is about Addison's 2nd birthday, i love the MM bling paper, its so hard to add some bling to boys layouts but when ever i get the chance i do.

Dont forget to check out the scraploot. blog on Sunday as i will be updating it with some new ideas. I am so jealous that i cant be there for the opening of the new shop or to meet Heidi Swapp, if you are from Sydney hop on the website and get yourself a ticket , it will be a blast.

Im off to bed, the heat up here is really affecting me this pregnancy. We have had so much rain over the last couple of days the humidity is just awful. My thoughts go out to those who have lost their houses and possessions in the storm on Sunday night, now is a time to count your blessings.

Till next time

lucky me

I had the most lovely surprise on Friday night, my friends from playgroup who i have only known for about 2 months surprised with an early birthday dinner. I was going out to dinner with one friend but when we arrived at the restarant there were 5 of my other close friends waiting to celebrate. Even though my birthday isnt untill the end of this week they wanted to get in early in case the bub comes early, they gave me a beautiful necklace which you will see below and we had a fantastic time laughing and enyoying the food -the rustic olive in redcliffe i would recommend it to any one the best risotto ive ever had. Even though i have only known these girls a short time we have become great friends i think because we are all new to the area and have such common interests our children and looking for a bit of a social outlet for ourselves. Enjoy the photos below.

On the scrapping front i have been working like a demon the last 3 or 4 days getting my DT projects finished be fore the bub arrrives. Im a person who needs to be organised so i have finished not only my December projects but also my January ones too. I have also finished some layouts i had to do for the scraploot blog which will be updated by me on Sunday. Now i hope to get to some personal scrapping and will share these with you as soon as i am finished, Have a great day

The sandpit

Hi all, well today my dad and my husband David built Addison his very own sand pit. My dad got the wood and made some brackets to hold it together. When my mum and dad arrived ,Dad and David took Addison off to Bunnings to buy the sand and a cover. While us girls enjoyed our tupperware party the men (including Addison) slaved away building, drilling and screwing the sandpit together, it was so interesting to see David drilling under the watchful eye of my dad, as he works with computers all day. They did a great job.

Addison had a little play too.

I enjoyed my tupperware party it was nice to have a few friends from playgroup , my neighbour and my mum and my sister, although its been hard moving interstate im slowly developing a small group of friends.

Off now to let my husband now the damage from from the Tupperware party LOL

Design team layouts

Hi all, the November DT layouts have gone up in the scraploot. gallery. This month I had to complete my layouts using sketches, this took me out of my comfort zone as i rarely use them , but I must say it wasnt that bad. I got to play with the new basic grey sultry line of papers, here are my layouts and be sure to head on over to the gallery to check out the other gorgeous pages from the girls.
This photo was taken when i was 28 weeks, just love it.

Addison, loves being involved with the activities now he especailly loves the bubbles and constantly reminds me of them when i say we are going to physifun.

How cute are these two !

There are lots of things to be thankful for , these are my favourites.

Thanks for taking a peek , ill be back soon with some photos taken today at my parents, Addison is such a lark.
